The complete retreading production line process as follow :
tyre clean firstly dry tyre → inspecting tyre → buffing tyre →
buffing outer wound of tyre → buffing inner wound of tyre →
secondly inspecting tyre → repair inner wound → brushing adhesive
on roof of tyre → secondly drying tyre → repair outer wound → affix
middle rubber piece → tread building →assemble envelop → assemble
inner tyre → assemble curing rim → inspecting inner tyre and curing
rim → curing→ disassemble curing rim→ disassemble inner tyre →
disassemble envelop → inspect end product → embellish tyre→ store
tyre.
Standard function description:
1,Fast open door and three trip lock for safety.
2,PLC system controls temperature, pressure, and curing time.
3,The pressure, temperature record can be saved for 1 month during
the curing process; it can be checked anytime for previous
producing temperature and pressure.
4,Operate page have variety of language selecting, even small
language can meet the need of user.
5,Automatic compensation functions on temperature, pressure and
time.
6,Without inner tube, different pressure control system for
envelope and curing chamber.
7,Three kinds heating for selecting: eclectic heating, steam
heating, oil heating (standard one is electric heating, if select
oil heating, extra add a conduction oil stove.)
